Accommodating and gracious proprietors. Free wine and meal offered. Close reach to Monte Pratello. Friendly staff with children. Lots of good Italian food. Spacious and warm rooms. Outdoor playing area. Nicely dressed and friendly staff in breakfast room

Room was okay for daughter and I after skiing. Dinner was pretty good for 15 euro per. Breakfast included. A place to stay, not a destination.
Furnishings were quite spartan, walls thin, bathroom fair, shower cramped. Was okay for just spending the night.

it was very warm in the room ,was well situated, near to the slopes.
cake for breakfast was moldy (they took it from the buffet) in the rest of the breakfast was good enough a good cappuccino at the very thin walls, could hear everything that happens in the next room

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful landscape and offers various activities for children. the size of some rooms is quite big and the breakfast surprised some guests with its variety. Some staff members were helpful and friendly.
Some guests remarked poor cleanliness and outdated facilities, particularly in the bathrooms and mattresses.

The city break hotel was conveniently located near ski slopes and offered a variety of entertainment for children and adults. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious with outdoor playing area. the breakfast was surprisingly delicious and the staff in the dining area was dressed nicely and very friendly.
Although the staff was friendly, the food quality was quite poor and not fresh. the same goes for the mattress, which was extremely old and uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff serving us were very polite. The hotel facilities were impressive and I had a great time using them.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to public transport and popular landmarks. The staff was very friendly and offered helpful recommendations throughout our stay. We appreciated the spacious and clean rooms as well as the complimentary breakfast with a good variety of options.
The noise insulation in the hotel was severely lacking. We could hear every little sound from the neighboring rooms, which made sleeping difficult at times.
